This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines rules and expectations for individuals and organizations who access, interact with, or integrate third-party tools into the RevlytIQ platform. All users must comply with this Policy to maintain the safety, trust, and integrity of our workspace environment and AI-driven features.

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our broader legal framework. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for additional rights and responsibilities.

By using RevlytIQ, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to those documents.

1. Purpose

RevlytIQ provides a secure and intelligent workspace browser for revenue operations teams. This platform allows users to connect external tools, interact with AI systems, and streamline operational workflows.

To maintain the integrity of our platform, we require users to follow reasonable standards of behavior, data usage, and system access.

2. Definitions

  • User means any individual, team member, contractor, or company administrator using the RevlytIQ platform.

  • Workspace refers to the RevlytIQ environment assigned to a registered business or team.

  • Connected Tools refers to third-party platforms that users link to RevlytIQ, including but not limited to CRMs, support tools, email systems, calendars, and payment processors.

  • AI Actions are automated or semi-automated tasks executed by RevlytIQ’s AI layer based on user prompts or routines.

  • Platform refers to RevlytIQ software, infrastructure, APIs, AI orchestration systems, and browser-based functionality.

3. Acceptable Use Overview

You may use RevlytIQ only for lawful purposes, and in a manner consistent with:

  • Your role or authority within your organization

  • Applicable privacy, security, and data protection regulations

  • Respect for other users, communities, and systems

  • The scope of features made available to your plan level

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your workspace, including conduct by employees, agents, contractors, or integrations operating under your account.

You are also responsible for any conduct performed via third-party integrations or APIs connected to your workspace. This includes ensuring that external apps or workflows do not violate this Policy, even if actions are executed automatically.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, directly or indirectly, use RevlytIQ in a way that:

a. Violates Laws or Rights

  • Violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law

  • Infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

  • Violates industry-specific regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, GLBA, or export restrictions

b. Introduces Risk or Exploits Access

  • Attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems

  • Interferes with platform performance or other users

  • Bypasses, disables, or circumvents authentication, rate limits, or security controls

  • Uploads or transmits malware, ransomware, or malicious code

  • Creates AI-based automations designed to overwhelm or disrupt third-party APIs

c. Facilitates Discriminatory or Harmful Activity

  • Publishes, generates, or shares racist, sexist, xenophobic, or otherwise discriminatory content

  • Uses AI-generated content to target or exploit protected classes or individuals

  • Promotes harassment, abuse, or violence toward any person or group

  • Mocks, impersonates, or discredits a company, customer, or individual based on race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, religion, or age

  • Encourages self-harm, suicide, or illegal activity

RevlytIQ reserves the right to suspend or remove any user or company if we determine they have engaged in discriminatory, violent, deceptive, or intentionally harmful activity. This includes racist or dehumanizing behavior, either within or outside of the platform, that violates our values or puts other users at risk. Affected accounts will be notified before or during enforcement actions, unless legally prohibited.

5. AI-Specific Restrictions

You may not use the AI systems within RevlytIQ to:

  • Generate or spread misinformation, defamation, or fraudulent claims

  • Perform high-risk automations that manipulate financial data or impersonate identity

  • Circumvent consent, authorization, or user controls from connected tools

  • Automate prohibited behavior listed in Section 4

  • Store or process personal data in prompts without consent (such as uploading medical records into an AI summary request)

Users are expected to apply sound judgment and operate AI features within the scope of their roles and permissions.

6. Platform Scope and Site Access

RevlytIQ is designed to function as a workspace browser, not a general-purpose web browser. To preserve focus, reduce distractions, and support operational clarity, RevlytIQ may restrict access to websites that are unrelated to revenue operations or business productivity.

This may include:

  • Streaming services

  • Adult content

  • Gambling platforms

  • High-distraction social media networks

These restrictions may be enforced system-wide or be configurable by workspace administrators.

Workspace administrators may request domain whitelisting for legitimate business tools that are initially restricted by default. RevlytIQ reserves the right to approve or deny such requests based on platform compatibility and security evaluation.

By using RevlytIQ, you acknowledge that not all public websites will be accessible through the platform.

7. Children and Minor Use Prohibition

RevlytIQ is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we discover a user is underage or operating on behalf of a minor without consent, we will terminate access immediately.

8. Reporting Abuse or Violations

If you believe someone is violating this policy, misusing platform capabilities, or creating unsafe conditions for others, please report it to us at: compliance@revlytiq.io

Reports will be reviewed within a commercially reasonable timeframe and, where necessary, investigated confidentially.

9. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to RevlytIQ for any violation of this Policy. In most cases, users will receive written notice and an opportunity to respond before a permanent ban is enforced.

For serious or willful violations, immediate suspension may be applied without prior notice.

Examples of serious violations include, but are not limited to:

  • Willful attempts to exploit RevlytIQ infrastructure

  • Use of the platform for illegal activity

  • Unauthorized data exfiltration

  • Impersonation of users or companies

  • Hate-based conduct or discriminatory use of AI

RevlytIQ reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes a serious or willful violation.

We also reserve the right to notify law enforcement, regulators, or third-party providers if user conduct presents a legal or operational threat.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Acceptable Use Policy as needed to reflect changes in law, product scope, or operational risk. If changes are material, we will provide written notice or in-platform alerts. Continued use of RevlytIQ constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Previous versions of this policy will be archived for reference. A change log or version history may be made available upon request.
