This California Privacy Notice supplements the RevlytIQ Privacy Policy and applies only to individuals who reside in the State of California. It is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

1. How RevlytIQ Operates Under CCPA

RevlytIQ acts as a Service Provider under the CCPA when processing personal information on behalf of enterprise customers. In limited contexts, such as website usage analytics or lead conversion tracking, RevlytIQ may act as a Business when collecting personal information directly.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email, workspace ID)

  • Commercial data (e.g., subscription activity, support tier, AI usage level)

  • Internet or network activity (e.g., browser metadata, session logs)

  • Geolocation (derived from IP addresses)

  • Inferences (e.g., automation preferences, usage trends)

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless it is explicitly submitted by the user.

3. Use of Personal Information

We use this information to:

  • Operate and improve the RevlytIQ platform

  • Authenticate users and provide secure access

  • Deliver customer support and usage analytics

  • Monitor platform reliability and performance

  • Communicate feature updates and administrative messages

These service providers are contractually restricted from using data for any purpose beyond what is needed to support RevlytIQ.

If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, RevlytIQ honors it as a valid request to opt out of any applicable data sharing.

  • Opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information (not applicable at this time)

  • Not be penalized for exercising your privacy rights
