Introduction

At RevlytIQ, we believe privacy is more than a legal checkbox. It is a foundational principle of trust. Our company is building a new kind of product: a browser specifically designed for modern revenue operations. Because we integrate directly with your essential tools and layer AI on top of your workflows, we handle sensitive data thoughtfully, securely, and with your full control.

We understand privacy is a priority. This policy is here to help you understand your rights, our responsibilities, and how your data is handled when using RevlytIQ.

Definitions

For clarity, here are a few terms used throughout this policy:

  • "You" / "User" means any individual or company representative who accesses or interacts with RevlytIQ.

  • "Workspace" means your RevlytIQ environment that connects your tools, preferences, team, and AI usage.

  • "AI Actions" refer to commands, insights, or workflows executed by the RevlytIQ AI system based on your prompts.

  • "Connected Tools" refers to third-party platforms you authorize RevlytIQ to integrate with (e.g. Gmail, Stripe, Slack).

  • "Personal Information" refers to any data that can be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect what is necessary to deliver value. Nothing more, nothing hidden.

1.1 Account Information

  • Your name, email, company name, and Google login (via SSO)

  • Subscription and workspace details

1.2 Connected Tool Data

When you authorize RevlytIQ to integrate with a third-party platform such as Slack or Gmail, we access metadata and content required to power the features you request. This may include:

  • Messages, emails, and calendar events

  • CRM data, ticket logs, and revenue history

  • File names and attachment metadata

We do not access any tools you have not explicitly connected. You can disconnect at any time.

1.3 AI Prompts and Outputs

When you interact with our AI system by typing questions, commands, or initiating workflows, we may process and temporarily store both your input (prompt) and the AI-generated response.

This is done to:

  • Improve performance during your session

  • Provide conversational context or memory

  • Monitor for safety and system quality

Retention Duration: Prompt and output data is cached for no longer than 30 days unless linked to a saved user workflow. After 30 days, all cached prompts are automatically deleted unless legally required for audit or compliance purposes.

Anonymization Process: All stored prompt data is irreversibly anonymized using internal key-stripping and obfuscation methods. No personal identifiers such as names, emails, or tokens are retained or linked. We do not use pseudonymization (which allows data to be re-linked to individuals) for any prompt caching.

Model Training Disclosure: RevlytIQ does not use your prompts or output data to train any third-party models, including those from OpenAI, Unify.ai, or others. We may use anonymized and aggregated prompt data to improve our own orchestration logic, but only with your opt-in consent. The default setting is opt-out.

You may opt out of prompt caching entirely at any time through your account settings.

1.4 Device and Usage Metadata

We collect standard technical information, including:

  • Device type and operating system

  • Browser version

  • IP address and session duration

  • Navigation and interaction logs within the RevlytIQ workspace

This data helps us monitor system performance and detect errors. We do not use this data for behavioral tracking or advertising.

1.5 Cookies and Tracking

RevlytIQ does not track users across the web. However, our website may use cookies or tracking pixels to support basic functionality such as login, billing, and analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. A full Cookie Policy will be published on our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide access to the RevlytIQ browser and workspace

  • Execute AI Actions across your connected tools

  • Generate real-time insights and recommendations

  • Improve our product through anonymized feedback loops

  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and legal compliance

AI prompts and outputs may be processed temporarily for performance and context. However:

  • They are deleted after 30 days unless linked to saved workflows

  • They are irreversibly anonymized

  • They are never sold, monetized, or used to train external models

We do not sell your data and we do not allow our vendors to do so either.

3. Where Data Is Stored

Your data is hosted on secure infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in predefined server regions. Our system supports regional isolation for privacy compliance.

We do not serve companies from Russia or El Salvador.

Data transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States or other countries are protected using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved legal mechanisms that ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

4. Third-Party Services and Subprocessors

RevlytIQ uses carefully vetted third-party providers to deliver parts of our platform. These include:

  • Authentication and OAuth services

  • AI model orchestration (such as OpenAI and Unify.ai)

  • Analytics (such as PostHog or Segment)

  • Payment processing (such as Stripe)

  • Error tracking and performance monitoring tools

We require all vendors to comply with industry-standard data handling and privacy practices, including SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR where applicable.

5. User Control and Data Deletion

You can:

  • View, disconnect, or delete connected tools at any time

  • Export or delete your entire workspace and history

  • Opt out of AI data caching

  • Request full account deletion (this action is irreversible)

These options are available in your RevlytIQ dashboard. For specific data or privacy requests, email us at privacy@revlytiq.io.

6. What We Do Not Collect

RevlytIQ does not collect:

  • Health data or medical records

  • Government-issued IDs

  • Financial account numbers outside of those connected via services like Stripe

  • Biometric, facial recognition, or voice data

We do not enable any tracking that follows users across the web.

7. Security and Compliance

We are committed to enterprise-grade security for all customers.

Our current security practices include:

  • End-to-end encryption

  • Scoped authentication tokens

  • Per-tenant data isolation

  • Role-based access controls

  • Continuous system monitoring and audit logging

We are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance within 12 months of full product release.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. These may include:

  • The right to access, correct, or delete personal information

  • The right to data portability

  • The right to object to certain types of data processing

We respond to privacy requests within 30 days. You can reach us at privacy@revlytiq.io.

9. We Do Not Sell Your Data

RevlytIQ does not and will not sell, rent, or trade your data.

Our business model is based on subscriptions. Your data is treated as a responsibility, not a revenue stream.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Major changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. You will always have the opportunity to review and accept or decline changes before they take effect.
