Program Overview
The ChatSeed Early Access Program ("Program") provides selected community members with pre-release access to ChatSeed features and functionality through our Open Source Community Testing approach. Participation in this Program is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these terms in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Early Access Privileges and Revocation
Access is a Privilege, not a Right.
Early access to ChatSeed is a privilege granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to:
Revoke access at any time without notice or cause
Modify or terminate the Program at any time
Change Program requirements or participant expectations
Limit the number of Program participants
Grounds for Revocation
Access may be revoked immediately for, but not limited to:
Misuse of GitHub community resources
Sharing confidential pre-release information outside designated channels
Attempting to circumvent Program restrictions
Disruptive behavior
Failure to comply with feedback and testing expectations
Code of Conduct
All Program participants must adhere to our community standards:
Professional Communication:
Maintain respectful, constructive discourse in all interactions
Provide detailed, actionable feedback on bugs and features
Use appropriate language in all communications
Respect diverse perspectives and experience levels within the community
Collaborative Behavior:
Help other community members with installation and usage questions
Share knowledge and tips that benefit the entire community
Participate constructively in feature discussions and prioritization
Credit others' contributions and ideas appropriately
Security Responsibility:
Report security vulnerabilities privately via designated channels
Do not exploit or publicize security issues before resolution
Follow responsible disclosure practices for sensitive findings
Prohibited Conduct
Participants may not:
Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Share malicious code or attempt to compromise Program security
Use Program access for competitive intelligence or reverse engineering
Distribute early access builds outside the Program
Spam community channels with irrelevant content
Impersonate RevlytIQ staff or other community members
Testing and Feedback Expectations
Early Access participants are expected to:
Actively test core functionality across different environments
Report bugs detailed reproduction steps
Provide constructive feedback on user experience and feature requests
Engage with community through provided channels
Respond to developer requests for specific testing or feedback within reasonable timeframes
Quality Standards
Bug reports and feedback should include:
Clear reproduction steps and system information
Screenshots or videos when applicable
Specific details about expected vs. actual behavior
Impact assessment and suggested improvements
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
While ChatSeed operates as open source software, certain aspects of the Program may involve:
Pre-release features not yet publicly available
Development roadmaps and strategic planning information
Community feedback and analysis
Performance data and usage statistics
Participants may:
Use early access builds for personal productivity and testing
Discuss general ChatSeed concepts and publicly released features
Share feedback privately through designated Program channels
Participants may not:
Share any details about unreleased features, functionality, or user experience publicly
Post screenshots, videos, or descriptions of early access builds on social media or public forums
Discuss specific bugs, performance issues, or development details outside Program channels
Distribute early access installation packages outside the Program
Share confidential development information, roadmaps, or strategic planning details
Use Program access for commercial advantage or competitive purposes
Publicly identify themselves as early access participants without written permission
All early access information should be considered confidential until officially released through our standard public channels.
Data and Privacy Considerations
Local Operation
ChatSeed continues to operate entirely locally during early access. No additional data collection occurs beyond our standard Privacy Policy provisions.
Community Data
When participating in Discussions and Surveys:
Your contributions become part of the public project record
We may use community feedback to improve ChatSeed and inform development decisions
Personal information should not be shared in public community channels
Liability and Disclaimers
Early access builds are provided "AS IS" and may contain:
Bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality
Performance issues or system incompatibilities
Features that may be modified or removed before release
Security vulnerabilities under active development
Limited Liability
RevlytIQ LLC's liability for early access participation is limited to the same extent as our Terms of Service. Participants use early access builds at their own risk and should maintain appropriate data backups.
No Warranties
We make no warranties regarding early access build stability, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Community Platform Guidelines
When using our GitHub repository and community features:
Follow GitHub's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
Use appropriate labels and templates for Issues and Discussions
Search existing content before creating duplicate reports
Keep discussions focused and relevant to ChatSeed development
Support Channel Etiquette
When using our support forms and feedback channels:
Provide accurate contact information for follow-up if needed
Be patient with response times (we aim for 24-48 hours)
Use appropriate channels for different types of feedback
Avoid duplicate submissions across multiple channels
Program Evolution
This Policy may be updated to reflect Program changes, legal requirements, or community needs. Significant changes will be announced through:
GitHub repository announcements
Email notifications to active participants
Updates to this Policy document with effective date changes
Transition to General Availability
Upon ChatSeed's Chrome Web Store release:
Early access participants will transition to standard user status
Special recognition may be provided for significant contributors
Community relationships and GitHub access will continue as appropriate
No special ongoing privileges are guaranteed post-release

Legal Framework
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, consistent with our Terms of Service. Disputes related to Program participation are subject to the same arbitration provisions outlined in our Terms of Service.
By participating in the ChatSeed Early Access Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Policy and our Code of Conduct.
